We recently hosted a fantastic 3-hour Skills Camp at Lee Valley Ice Rink on 26 April 2026, packed with energy, learning, and lots of fun!
The session was carefully structured to help skaters get the most out of their time – starting off the ice and finishing strong on the ice!
💪 1 Hour Off-Ice Session
We kicked off the camp with a 1-hour off-ice session, giving everyone the chance to build the foundations behind great skating.
Skaters worked on:
- Strength and conditioning
- Balance and stability
- Flexibility and control
It was a great way to warm up both body and mind before heading onto the ice.
❄️ 2 Hours On-Ice Training
The group then took to the ice for an exciting 2-hour session, focusing on developing key skating skills:
- Edges and control
- Spins
- Jumps
- Transition and flow across the ice
There was a real buzz on the ice, with everyone pushing themselves while supporting each other along the way.
🎶 Finishing with Choreography
To wrap up the camp, skaters came together to learn and perform a fun choreography.
This was a highlight of the session, combining technique with creativity, musicality, and performance. It brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and a great sense of achievement for everyone involved.

From start to finish, the camp was:
